"L'Atelier du Chef" - Cooking lessons

Le Méridien Tahiti is the first hotel in Tahiti to offer cooking classes.  The classes offer guests hands-on instruction in culinary techniques used in dishes ranging from pastry creations to traditional Polynesian entrees.

"L'Atelier du Chef" - Cooking lessons adds to the resort's popular cultural offerings. Small intimate classes, with a maximum of five students, provide for a personalized one-on-one experience ideal for any skill level.  The classes showcase various cooking techniques used by Executive Chef Sebastien Philizot at renowned resort restaurant, Le Carré.  

Learn to create a feast of crispy shrimp with fresh mint and mango salsa or half-cooked tuna tartar with parmesan biscuits. Then head to the dining room to enjoy your dish before a panoramic view of Tahiti's sister island Moorea.
